The National Automobile Dealers Association annual convention. I am extremely excited…happens every January. This year the convention is in New Orleans and I am once again speaking. This will mark the eleventh time I’ve spoken, always rated in the top five …usually highest rated speaker by the audience.
My presentation this year is titled ‘Technology Enabled Sales and Marketing, putting people skills back into the e-process’
It’s been a tough year and we’ve all endured a tough economy and a dark, grim financial situation. As you may be aware, I am a nationally-recognized featured columnist in Dealer magazine. My latest article is titled ‘Turn Out The Lights’…it is about how I closed my offices this year after 22 years in business and laid off all but one of my employees, some of them after eight years. You can read the article here —> http://zieglersupersystems.com/dealer_mag_dir/2009/jan1.htm
It is all about how, after an incredible run, we moved the business back into the home. It’s a back to the basics scenarion. Right now Debbie and I could not be happier with the way it’s going. I see business returning and; although it won’t be easy, the future is managable and secure.
My latest project, Ziegler TV is rolling and it is the most exciting thing I’ve done recently…actually, in a long time. That’s the key to what we are all experiencing right now …are you prepared to totally throw away old paradigms and totally reinvent yourself …your business …your life?

Here a question?
What have you done or endured to change what you used to do…used to be…used to have? What beliefs has this economy shattered? strengthened?
Will I see you at the convention?
I will be hanging around the Dealer magazine Booth and The Mudd Advertising Booth. Find me! JIM
